The best ingredients make the best food…

Delicious food requires great ingredients and I work closely with local suppliers to find the freshest and highest quality ingredients available during any given season.

More and more people are now very conscious about where food ingredients come from, me included, which is why I only use ingredients from Isle of Wight Farms and local independent suppliers. It’s reassuring to know that I can trace all the meat back to the farm – even to the herd and flock.
